In the event of a serious incident during a ride, or if you are unfortunate enough to have a rude or aggressive passenger, then you may wish to block them from being paired with you again on FREE NOW.
You can do this by:
- visiting your Job History Screen
- selecting the relevant ride
- tapping "Block Customer".
We recommend that if you are using this function that you also take the opportunity to rate the passenger and add feedback via the app, straight after the ride.
Our team proactively monitor this and will investigate the matter before taking the appropriate action against the passenger.
