If you have an unpleasant experience with a passenger, you have the option to block them on the app. This will mean that you will not receive any requests from that passenger again.
To block a passenger on the FREE NOW app, please follow the steps below:
- Open the FREE NOW driver app and select the main menu option in the top left-hand corner.
- Select the 'Jobs' option from the main menu.
- Select the 'Trip history' option in order to find the trip associated with the passenger you wish to block.
- Select the trip associated with the passenger and tap the 'Block Customer' option.
We recommend that if you're using this function that you also rate the passenger and add feedback via the app.
