At the end of each ride you complete with FREE NOW you will have the opportunity to rate your passenger. We hope that every experience you have driving with FREE NOW is a positive one, but in the event, you have a rude or aggressive passenger, we want to know about it.
The best way to let us know is to rate your passenger. Once the ride is completed you will be able to rate your passenger from 1 to 5 stars depending on your experience with them.
In the case of a more serious incident, you will also be able to block that passenger from being paired with you again on FREE NOW.
To block a passenger on the FREE NOW app, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Opening your 'Job History' screen
Step 2: Select the relevant trip
Step 3: Click 'Block Customer'.
We recommend that if you are using this function that you also take the opportunity to rate the passenger and add feedback via the app, straight after the trip.
Our team proactively monitor this and will investigate the matter before taking the appropriate action against the passenger.
