Where are the airport pick-up points? – FREENOW

The designated pick-up area at the airport will depend on the airport and terminal you choose.

Once you select your airport and Terminal, you will have available all the instructions about how to get there. Simply select 'Show directions'.

We also advise contacting your driver through the trip request screen to ensure a swift pick-up.

At the arrivals area, head towards the Travelx currency exchange. Take the exit on the left of the currency exchange
Continue straight ahead then turn left
Follow the signs to ‘Taxis’ then ‘Lift to taxis’. You are currently on Level 1. Take the lift up to level 4 - minicab pick up
Your driver will be there waiting for you

From the arrivals area, turn right and follow the signs for ‘Short stay car park 3’
Continue straight ahead. As you approach the exit doors, you’ll see a sign for ‘Short stay car park 3’. Turn right here. You’ll be by the lifts
Take the lift to Level 1
When you exit the lift, turn left. Continue straight ahead, going across the walkway. At the end of the walkway, you will be in Car park 3, level 1. The lifts are on the right
Take the lift to Level 3 ‘Minicab / Private hire vehicle pick up’

At the arrivals area, take the exit at the right of the Travelx currency exchange
Continue straight ahead towards the car park
Follow the signs for ‘Ride hail app pick up’. You will have to pass 3 zebra crossings
You’ll reach a green area labelled ‘Level 1 - Mini cab / Private hire Pick up area’
Your driver will be there waiting for you

At the arrivals area, follow the signs for ‘All car parks’. You’ll reach the lifts (located in car park 5).
Take the lift to ‘Car park level 1’
After you leave the lift, you’ll see a sign ‘Car park 5, Level 1’. Turn left and follow the walkway until you reach row R, the ‘Ride hail/Private hire passenger pick up waiting area’
Your driver will pick you up in this area

Leave the arrivals area and exit the main terminal
Cross over the zebra crossing, ignoring the taxi rank, and follow signs for the ‘drop off’ area, which is where your driver is allowed to wait to collect you
Meet your driver at the ‘drop off’ area (more info here)
If you have any problems, or can’t find your driver, give them a call. The ‘drop off’ area has a time limit of 15 minutes, so our drivers sometimes wait a little further down the road. Call them and they’ll come to you

Leave the arrivals area and follow the signs for ‘international arrivals’ until you see the main exit on your right-hand side, and find yourself outside the terminal building
Cross over the two zebra crossings heading towards the multistorey car park and following the signs for ‘Valet Parking Collection’
On your left, you will see the entrance to the valet parking area. Ignore this and keep walking straight for another 100 metres until you reach the ‘Premier Inn Hotel’ with a purple sign by its entrance
Your driver will collect you here

When you reach the arrivals area, follow the signs for ‘main exit’
Exit the terminal and turn left, following signs towards the ‘Taxi Pickup’ areas, passing by the bus stops
Continue for 200 metres along the walkway, following signs for ‘Drop off/Pick up’ and ‘Terminal Car Parks’. Ignoring the taxi rank on the right-hand side, take a left towards the car park
Continue for another 30 metres to enter the ‘Terminal Car Park’ where your driver will be waiting for you
Your driver will collect you here
