Before your trip
To do this, before requesting your taxi, you have to select your company account from your App. It's very simple:
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner of the main screen
- Select 'Payment'
- Click on your company bank card already active in your account and go back to the order menu
- If you haven't registered your Business Account yet, you can add it by clicking on the '+' symbol and then on 'Business Account' option
During your trip
You can always change your payment method before the end of your trip, should you need to use your personal account:
- Open the app and enter the departure and destination addresses. The selected payment method is displayed immediately above the 'Order Ride now' button. The app selects the last payment method used by default. If you wish to change it, click on the selected payment method
- Click on the 'Business' tab, then select your business account. If the 'Multicard' option is activated, you can select your personal payment method available under the 'Corporate' tab.
- Once you have selected your business account, click on the arrow at the top left to return to the main screen. The corporate payment method will be displayed immediately above the 'Order Ride now' button. Choose your preferred vehicle and request a taxi, or click 'Later' to book a ride up to 4 days in advance.
Important: It is not possible to change the payment method after the trip is over. So in case you have selected by mistake your personal credit card instead of the FREE NOW Business Account (or vice versa), there is no way to revert or fix it.
