- If you’re unable to pay using your FREENOW Business Account, the reason could be an outstanding payment due*.
Upon opening the FREENOW app, a pop-up message will appear requesting you to settle the debt. Tap 'Settle payment now' in order to complete this. Once this has been clear, you will be able to continue using your company account.
*FREENOW is not responsible for those failures and if you’re attached to a billing account, we’d advise contacting your Business Account admin.
- Another reason could be if you are trying to have a trip outside the boundaries of the Travel policy set for your FREENOW Business Account. For more information, contact the Administrator in charge.
