The Statements tab is the section where you’ll find your monthly invoices, regardless of whether you’re a credit card or invoice account. It lists the month, invoice number, total spend and number of trips. You can download the document as a PDF.
Invoices are uploaded on the first working day of the month, as well as being emailed to the designated account contact.
If you have a credit card account, the invoice will detail the total spent in the month and note that the amount has been paid by credit card. For an invoice account, our bank details will appear instead.
For the correct payment of the invoice, bear in mind the following rules:
- Include in the concept/reference the invoice number (it appears on the first page of your invoice and consists of a series of three digits, followed by another series of five digits, separated by a dash: 123-12345)
- Make a single transfer for each invoice (if you have to pay more than one invoice, never make the entire payment)
- Always make the transfer within the payment deadline set out in our Terms and Conditions
