Here is where you can invite/delete employees to the FREENOW Business Account and find a full list of every member, along with their Groups, Roles, Cost centres and Custom value (if applicable).
You can also use the search bar to find a name quickly if there are large numbers of employees on the account.
There are three types of roles that can be assigned to an employee before or after he/she has joined the account (can also be amended at any time):
- Admin: has full access to the Admin Panel, so they can add/remove employees and cost centres, download trip reports/invoices and set other general account parameters
- Booker: can book for themselves or on behalf of other employees via our online Web Booker
- Passenger: can book for themselves via their FREENOW app
The Custom value field can be used to assign a specific number to each employee, e.g., an employee ID.
Regarding Cost Centres, there is no limited number and these can be added and removed at any time. If it is the case that employees would be booking trips and charging them to different cost centres regularly, the field can be left blank. More information is in the Cost Centres section.
