Carsharing is currently not available in the UK. It is only available in Germany, Austria, Spain, France, Poland and Italy.
Before starting the rental and during it, you must report any damage to the vehicle directly to our Carsharing partners.
Contact our carsharing partner by calling them via the app or externally:
Click on the Help button in the App during an active rental to call Customer Support. If the rental has already finished, please write an email to email@example.com
If any damage occurs during or after your trip, contact Customer Support. We don't expect you to report damages that are smaller than the size of a credit card. The easiest way to report damages is by uploading photos- one close-up shot and one wider shot to show the extent of the damage in context.

If it’s minor damage, click 'Report damage' while reserving your car. If the car isn’t roadworthy, is not acceptable, so please message ELOOP via the app or contact us immediately: firstname.lastname@example.org
