Before starting the rental and during it, you must report any damage to the vehicle directly to our Car Sharing partners:
Click on the Help button in the App during an active rental in order to call Customer Support. If the rental has already finished, please write an email to email@example.com
If any damage occurs during or after your trip, contact Customer Support. We don't expect you to report damages that are smaller than the size of a credit card. The easiest way to report damages is by uploading photos- one close-up shot and one wider shot to show the extent of the damage in context.
You can write to us an email about any damage (attach photos), or if the damage does not allow you to drive the vehicle, call us immediately.
Please note: Car Sharing is currently not available in the UK!
