We expect FREE NOW drivers to provide a high level of service to all passengers. If you are not happy with your driver, please let us know by using the rating function at the end of your trip. You also have the opportunity to rate drivers retrospectively in the trip overview under the "Trips" tab.
Please provide as much information as possible, this will help our team address your feedback with the driver.
