Below are some reasons why you might be unable to order a trip with FREENOW:
- Your selected payment method is not valid - e.g. the card details are incorrect, you have insufficient funds in the account, or the card has expired.
- There might be no cars available due to high demand. This is very unlikely, but if it does, the app will tell you that there are no cars available. In this situation, we recommend waiting a few minutes before trying to order again.
- You may need to update your app via the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) to make sure you have the latest version.
If you're still unable to order a trip, contact our Passenger Care Team. They'll be able to investigate this further. Remember, the more information you include, including screenshots of the error you’re receiving, the quicker our team will be able to assist you.
