You will automatically receive a receipt from us to the e-mail address registered on your FREE NOW, after your trip has been completed. If you've not received it please be sure to check your Spam/Junk folders and mark emails from FREE NOW as "Not Spam" to ensure that you always receive your receipts.

How can I make changes to my invoices?
The details showing on your receipt are reflective of the information on the app at the end of your trip. If something doesn't look right or you require an amended receipt please let us know by submitting a request below.
