Following a completed or cancelled trip that has resulted in a cancellation fee, you'll automatically receive a receipt from us. It'll be sent to the e-mail address registered to your FREE NOW account. If you haven't received it please check your spam/junk folders and mark emails from FREE NOW as "Not Spam" to make sure you always receive your receipts.
