The FREENOW Cashback Program rewards you for booking business trips through the FREENOW app. Every time you complete a business ride using your business profile, you’ll earn cashback that can be applied to your next private trip.
How does it work?
- Earn Cashback: When you book and pay for a business ride using your business profile in the FREENOW app, you automatically receive 2% cashback on the fare paid.
- Track Your Earnings: Cashback is credited to your account once the business trip is completed. You can view your cashback balance under the 'Vouchers & Credits' section of your profile.
- Non-Transferable: The cashback earned is non-transferable and can only be used for private trips, not business ones.
How to see my cashback balance
Your cashback balance will appear in the ‘Vouchers and Credits’ section of your profile within an hour after completing a business trip. If the balance is blank, it likely means the cashback has already been applied to a private trip.
Can I earn cashback for private trips?
No. Cashback is only available for business trips booked through your business profile. It cannot be earned or used for private trips.
How to use the earned cashback
Your earned cashback will automatically be redeemed on your next private trip. Note that the cashback cannot be used for business trips.
- Currency Restriction: Cashback can only be used in the same currency as it was earned. For example, if you earn cashback in PLN, you cannot use it in Berlin if the currency there is different.
- No Expiry: Cashback credits do not expire.
- Eligibility: Currently, cashback can only be earned on shared transportation rides (e.g., taxis, PHV), with multimobility services coming soon.
Important: If you have earned a Cashback Benefit on a business trip performed via a FREENOW Private Business Profile (PBT), and have used this benefit privately, the taxable cash equivalent benefit shall be considered tax exempt, as benefits available to every user and not linked to any employment by a FREENOW Customer; as such, the cashback shall not be considered as a taxable benefit in kind.
