When you make a booking in advance, we charge a reservation fee ranging from £2 to £7 to reduce the number of cancelled or unused reservations. This ensures a fair and efficient ride-hailing service for all our users.
This fee is separate from the fare you pay to the driver. Whenever the reservation fee applies to your booking, you'll be notified about it through the FREENOW app or the third-party platform you're using.
The reservation fee helps us to cover the costs associated with managing and maintaining our platform. This includes tasks like assigning drivers, securing a vehicle, supporting customers and allocating resources to make sure everything is ready for your trip.
