All of your Carsharing trips booked via the FREENOW App are fully covered via the usual Insurance of each provider. The insurance covers all occupants of the vehicle at the time of the accident or damage, provided that the traffic regulations and the Terms & Conditions are complied with.
This includes the following coverage:

- Full Comprehensive
A deductible payment is required in the case of an accident where you are at fault. This means you will need to pay for any damage up to a maximum of the deductible amount. If an accident occurs, and you are not at fault, you will not be required to pay the fee.
