To end your scooter rental, you must first go to a 'Parking Zone': any designated parking area highlighted on the map with a blue 'P' 🔵 *.
Plan your trip in advance and check that there are parking spaces close to your destination to avoid unforeseen circumstances.
Make sure your scooter is not blocking pavements, lanes, bike paths, garage exits and any other access roads. Then press "End rental" in the app. The app may ask you to take a photo of the scooter once it is parked. It's very simple and we will guide you through the process.
*Remember that it is strictly forbidden to park in the red or grey zones.
