The final price of your rental includes the minutes driven, the unlock fee and the parking fee. Always double-check this info breaking down the price in your app and in the invoice sent.
If after your rental you need to report any inconsistency or error with your payment, you can send us a request. Please, indicate the ID of the booking, the minutes you rode and the time you started/finished the rental. You can also attach any proof of payment if needed.
