To enter a reference and/or a cost center when ordering on the app (if they are not set by default), follow these steps:
- Open your mobile application
- Enter your pick-up and drop-off addresses, then click on the payment method under the vehicle options before confirming the booking
- Select the Business Account and the Reference and/or Cost Center fields will appear on the same tab (Payment Methods) under the payment method
Important: if the Business Account is used by default and you confirm the order without specifying a reference/cost center, you will be asked to provide them before proceeding. This will happen when the responsible administrators make them mandatory.
