- If you are unable to pay using your FREENOW Business account, the reason may be due to a pending payment.
When you open the FREENOW app, a pop-up message will appear asking you to settle the debt. Tap on "Settle payment now" to complete the process. Once this is resolved, you will be able to continue using your business account.
*FREENOW is not responsible for these failures, and if you are linked to a billing account, we recommend contacting your business account administrator.
