If you are not receiving notifications once we have assigned you a driver and when the driver has arrived at your pickup point, it is most likely because you have disabled them on your device.
Follow the steps below to enable FREENOW notifications (please note that the steps may vary depending on your mobile model and brand):
- Go to 'Settings' on your phone and select the 'Notifications' tab
- Scroll down until you find the FREENOW app and select it
- Make sure the 'Allow notifications' tab is enabled
