How to check my ride history?

Passengers have access through their FREENOW app to all bookings made and services rented in the last six months, including canceled requests.

Follow the steps below to view your travel history:

1. Open the FREENOW app and select the icon of your profile in the top right corner
2. Select 'Courses'
3. Here, you can see your private and business bookings

Within the trip, you can check all its details such as the route, date, time, driver, vehicle, price, and a list of FAQs to help you resolve any issues.

You can also delete the trip from your records by clicking on the "Delete the course" button at the bottom of the page.
