You can predefine your payment method before ordering a ride. To avoid any misunderstandings, always make sure you have selected the correct payment method.
Follow these steps to do so:
- After entering the pick-up and drop-off locations, you will see the predefined payment method under the service options
- Click on it to select the payment method you prefer. You can also choose between your personal and business account.
- Go back to the previous screen and confirm your order
You can use the following payment methods:
- Cash payment - Always ask for a receipt from the taxi driver!
- Credit/debit card (VISA/MasterCard/American Express)
- PayPal / Apple Pay
Important: External/cash payments are not compatible with any vouchers or discounts.
