To change your destination while on the way, inform your driver and follow these steps in the app:
- Tap 'Change route' in the bottom left corner of the live booking screen and enter your new drop-off point.
- The fare will be recalculated, and a new quote will be displayed based on the updated details. Press 'Confirm new fare' and your drop-off address will be successfully changed.
Note: if the new fare is higher than the initial fare, your bank will either create a second account to cover the difference or cancel the initial account and create a new one for the revised amount. This depends on your bank. To learn more, visit Temporary Hold and Pending Transactions.
