How can I delete my FREENOW Employee account?

To delete your account via app:

1. Go to 'Account' in the bottom right corner of the app
2. Tap your name to open the profile menu
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap 'Delete account' 
4. You'll be asked to confirm permanent deletion. Tap 'Delete account'

To delete your account without using the app:

Your data can be deleted by sending a request to our Passenger Care Team. In the 'Main contact reason' section, select 'Account management' > 'I want to delete my account'. Make sure to use the email address registered to your FREENOW account.
