If you are a member of Miles & More, the loyalty program of the airline company Lufthansa, you can earn miles for each trip you take through your FREENOW business account.
To do this, you will first need to link your FREENOW business account with your Miles & More account. Simply follow these steps:
- Open your passenger app
- Tap on your profile picture to access the main menu
- Select the "Payment" tab
- Enter your Miles & More membership number
- Request your ride with your FREENOW business account and earn Miles!
If you encounter any issues connecting your accounts after following these steps, contact our Support Team and they will try to resolve it as soon as possible.
*Starting December 1, 2020, only B2B passengers will be entitled to earn Miles & More points when using FREENOW. B2B passengers include:
- Passengers linked to a FREENOW business account
- Passengers without a Business Account, but with a Payment Method labeled as 'Business'
