Only Administrators and Bookers of the FREENOW corporate account can order a taxi for a guest through the app.
To do so, simply follow these steps:
- Open the app, enter the pick-up and drop-off addresses, or click 'Skip' to go to the 'Service type' screen
- On the 'Service type' screen, click on 'Payment options'. Make sure the 'Company' tab is selected
- Click on 'Order for a guest'
- In the 'Guest' section, fill in the details: Name, Surname, phone number*
- Now, on the Payment Options screen, you will see your guest's name under 'Ordered for'. You may be asked to add a Trip reason or a Cost center. The company account will now appear as the selected payment method
- Click on 'Done' in the top right corner
- You will be taken to the service type screen. Select the service and click on the 'Order taxi now' button, or click on 'Book' to request a ride up to 4 days in advance
Note: the guest record created for your request will be automatically saved in your app and can be selected later through a dropdown menu (in the same 'Order for a guest' section). This way, you can use it in the future and won't have to fill out a new record.
*If you need to change the country code of the phone number
- Tap the down arrow next to the flag and country code
- On the 'Select country' screen, search for the country in the list or type the country name in the search box
- Go back to the 'Guest' screen. Enter the rest of the phone number and click 'Done'
