- If you are unable to pay with your FREENOW Business Account, we recommend checking your app to see if you have any outstanding payments*.
When you open the FREENOW app, a pop-up message will appear asking you to settle the debt. Tap 'Settle payment now' to complete it. Once you have done this, you will be able to continue using your business account.
*FREENOW is not responsible for these failures. If you are linked to a billing account, we advise you to contact your business account administrator.
