If you are not receiving notifications once we have assigned you a driver or when they have arrived at your pick-up point (or any other type of notification), it is most likely because you have them disabled on your device.
Follow the steps below to enable FREENOW notifications (please note that the steps may vary depending on your mobile phone model and brand):
- Go to 'Settings' on your phone and select the 'Notifications' tab
- Scroll down until you find the FREENOW app and select it
- Make sure the 'Allow notifications' tab is enabled
