How do I select the payment method when ordering a taxi?

You can set up your payment method before requesting a ride. To avoid misunderstandings, always make sure it is the correct one.

To do this, follow these steps:

1. After entering the origin and destination, you will see the payment method defined under the service options
2. Click on it to select the payment method you prefer. Additionally, you can choose between your Private or Business account
3. Go back to the previous screen and confirm the service

You can use the following payment methods:

• Cash payment - Always ask the driver for a receipt!
• Credit/debit card (VISA/MasterCard/American Express)
• PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay

Important: external/cash payments are not compatible with any vouchers or discounts.
