- If you are experiencing technical issues with the Admin Panel or the Web Booker, clear your browser's data/cache/cookies.
- If you are having issues with the app, follow these steps:
- Uninstall the FREENOW app: If your mobile device is an Android device, clear the cache of your device as follows: Settings > Apps > FREENOW > Clear data/cache/cookies
- Restart your mobile device
- Reinstall the FREENOW app with the latest available version (Google Play Store / App Store)
- Connect to a Wi-Fi network and then switch to a mobile data network to resolve any issues with internet coverage.
If you have completed all these steps and the issues persist, send screenshots or videos of the incident to our Support Team. We will create an incident that will be reviewed by our IT department and resolved as soon as possible.
