There are some common reasons why you may not be able to start renting an eBike:
- Issues with your payment method or the pre-authorization process
- GPS/location of your phone is turned off
- The data on your phone is turned off (you should have it turned on and Wi-Fi must be turned off)
- The bike has been rented/booked by another user
- The bike's battery level is low
- The bike is damaged and therefore not available.
