How to reset my password

Via the browser: 

1. Click this link and enter your FREENOW email address
2. In a few minutes, you'll receive an email with additional instructions for resetting your password

Via the app: 

1. Open the app and tap on 'Sign in' 
2. Click 'Request a reset'
3. Enter your email address and click 'Request code' 

4. We will send you an SMS with a 4-digit code to the phone number registered in your FREENOW account

5. Once you enter the code, you will have the option to generate a new password

Important: The new password couldn't be easier! But it must meet the following requirements:

• At least 8 characters
• Not used before
• Different and not include part of your username or email

Please note:

• If you have not linked your phone number to your account, you will not be able to recover your account. Therefore, you must request the deletion of your profile to create a new one with your updated contact details.
• If you have entered your email address incorrectly during registration and can no longer access your FREENOW account, please contact our customer service directly. They can delete your profile so you can start over!
