How can I reset my password?

About the Browser

1. Click on this link and enter your FREENOW email address
2. In a few minutes, you will receive an email with further instructions to reset your password

About the App

1. Open the app and tap on 'Log in'
2. Click on "Reset password"
3. Enter your email address and click on 'Reset password'

4. We will send you an SMS with a 4-digit code to the phone number registered in your FREENOW account

5. Once you have entered the code, you will have the option to generate a new password

Important: The new password must meet the following requirements:

• At least 8 characters
• It must not have been used before
• It must be different and cannot contain any part of the username or email address

Please note:

• If you have not linked your phone number to your account, you will not be able to recover your account. Therefore, you must request the deletion of your profile to create a new one with your updated contact details.
• If you have entered your email address incorrectly during registration and can no longer access your FREENOW account, please contact our customer service directly. They can delete your profile so you can start over!
