If you have forgotten something in a FREENOW vehicle, follow these 2 steps:
- Call your driver directly through the app. This is the fastest way to get your belongings back. You can find instructions on how to call your driver in the guide below.
- If you are unable to reach your driver, fill out our Lost Property Report Form with all the necessary details. We will investigate the incident and keep you updated as soon as possible.
How can I call my driver?
- Tap on the "Profile" icon in the top right corner of the main screen
- Select the "Rides" tab
- Select the corresponding ride and choose the option "Contact driver"
To protect the privacy of both passengers and taxi drivers, FREENOW uses a phone encryption system (you will see a fictional number). Therefore, you can only call the taxi driver through the app and from the registered number in your account. If you try to do this through your phone's call option, it will not work. Don't forget to activate caller ID.

The ride was not requested through FREENOW
If you did not request a FREENOW taxi/PHV, even if it has our stickers, the ride is outside our platform and we cannot track it.
However, if you have the taxi license or vehicle registration, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
While we promise to do our best to facilitate the return of lost items, taxi drivers are independent and FREENOW only acts as an intermediary between the users of our platform. We cannot guarantee that the driver has your item or can deliver it immediately.
FREENOW cannot be held responsible if we fail to locate lost items or for any associated delays or costs.
