If your ride took place more than 7 days ago or if you are unable to reach your driver through the app, please fill out our Lost Property Report Form and provide details about your item and your ride. Our passenger support team will then investigate the case and keep you informed of the current status.
Although FREENOW does its best to facilitate the return of lost items, we must inform you that FREENOW does not assume liability in the event that we are unable to locate lost items, nor for costs associated with replacing lost items. We also cannot guarantee that your driver has your item or that they can deliver it to you immediately.
