Only administrators and purchasers of a FREENOW Business account can order a taxi for another person not associated with your FREENOW Business account.
Simply follow the next steps in the WebBooker:
1. Enter the basic trip details (pick-up and drop-off locations)
2. Choose the payment method and fleet type
3. Under "Who are you booking for?" select the 'Guest' option and enter your guest's details*:
- Guest's name
- Guest's phone number (make sure the country code is correct)
By entering the correct phone number of your customers in the Web Booker, you can significantly improve their travel experience:
✅ Your guests will receive an SMS with taxi details, including live location tracking
✅ Waiting time is reduced as the taxi is found faster
✅ Drivers can be contacted directly
If you do not enter the correct number:
❌ An SMS with a location link will be sent to the wrong person.
❌ Customer satisfaction will suffer as your guests take longer to find their taxi.
4. Finally, click on the 'Order Now' button
Your order will then appear on the right side of the panel, showing the driver's assignment, their approach on the map, and the effective handling of your guest in real-time.
