Via the app
- Open the app and tap Account in the bottom bar of the main screen
- Tap on your name to access your profile details
- Scroll to the bottom and select Delete account
- You will be asked to confirm the permanent deletion
Via our Web Form
Your data can be deleted by sending a request to our Passenger Care Team. In the 'Main contact reason' section, select 'GDPR' and in the Subject type 'I want to delete my account'. Make sure to use the email address registered to your FREENOW account.
