If youâd like to go ahead and set up an account with FREENOW, you can use our 'Self Sign Up' option. You can start the process by clicking here.
How to set up account?
Set up is quick and easy, we just need to gather a few details from you first. All fields are mandatory, so if any box is missing details or does not have the required information (e.g., insufficient phone number or incorrect email format), these will be highlighted in orange.
In this step, you can enter a landline number for the business account. All you would need to do is add the correct dialling code in the company phone number section.
If the address of the company and the billing address will be different locations, you can click the âCompany and invoice address are not the sameâ box and youâll have the option to fill in the invoicing address. Otherwise, this box can be left unticked.
Finally, simply tick the two boxes confirming you have permission to create this account and that youâve agreed to our Terms & Conditions. Once youâve done this, the âContinueâ button will turn blue and you can proceed.
How to create login credentials?
Whether youâve used FREENOW before in a personal capacity or youâre brand new, you have options in this next step.
- Existing user
If you created a profile on the app previously, you can connect it to the business account by clicking âConnect account nowâ. This means you can just enter your email address and password and youâll be connected to the business account. Password reset is available should you require it.
When you click âLog inâ, you may be brought to another page where you must enter a security code that will be sent to your mobile device. If you do not receive this code, there is an option to resend the SMS or attempt verification through email.
- New user
If youâre using FREENOW for the first time, simply click the âCreate account nowâ. Make sure to use whatever email address youâll be logging into the administration panel with. Also make sure to add a mobile phone number, as you may need to receive a verification text to authenticate your profile after creation (cannot be sent to landline numbers).
Once youâve filled in your details and clicked the âIâm not a robotâ button, the Sign-up button will turn blue.
How to add a payment method?
The last step is adding a payment method. If you donât have the card to hand, there is an âAdd laterâ button if you scroll down the page.
FREENOW supports the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Revolut, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
