1. Set up account
Setting up is quick and easy, we just need a few details from you. All fields are mandatory. So if any field is missing information or does not contain the required information (e.g. an insufficient phone number or incorrect email format), they will be highlighted in orange.
In this step, you can enter a landline number for the business account. To do this, simply enter the correct area code in the section for the company's phone number.
If the company address and billing address are different locations, you can click on the "Company and billing address are not identical" field and then enter the billing address. Otherwise, this box cannot be checked.
Finally, you just need to check the two boxes to confirm that you have permission to create this account and that you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Once you have done that, the "Next" button will turn blue and you can proceed.
2. Create login details
Whether you have already used FREENOW as a private individual or are completely new, you have several options in the next step.
- Existing user
If you have already created a profile in the app, you can connect it to your business account by clicking on "Connect account now". This means you simply enter your email address and password and you are connected to the business account. You can reset your password if needed.
When you click on "Sign in", you may be redirected to another page where you need to enter a security code that will be sent to your mobile device. If you do not receive this code, you have the option to resend the SMS or try verification via email.
- New user
If you are using FREENOW for the first time, simply click on "Create account now". Make sure to use the email address you use to log in to the admin area. Also, provide a mobile number, as you may need to receive a confirmation message after creating your profile (messages cannot be sent to landline numbers).
Once you have entered your details and clicked on the "I am not a robot" button, the "Sign in" button will turn blue.
3. Add payment method
The final step is to add a payment method. If you don't have the card at hand, there is a "Add later" button when you scroll down on the page.
FREENOW supports the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Airplus, AMEX, Revolut, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.
The card details can be added via the admin panel after the FREENOW business account has been set up. You can find all the details in the article 'How do I delete a company payment method in my business account or add it?'.
