- If you are unable to pay with your FREENOW Business account, the reason may be an outstanding payment*.
When you open the FREENOW app, a pop-up message will appear prompting you to settle the debt. Tap on "Pay now" to complete this. Once this is resolved, you can continue using your business account.
*FREENOW is not responsible for these errors, and if you are connected to a billing account, we advise you to contact the administrator of your business account.
- Another reason could be that you are trying to take a trip outside the travel policy set for your FREENOW business account. For more information, please contact your relevant administrator.
