If you are not receiving notifications when we assign a driver to you and when the driver arrives at your pickup location (or other types of notifications), it is most likely because you have disabled them on your device.
Follow the steps below to enable FREENOW notifications (please note that the steps may vary depending on your phone model and brand):
- Go to 'Settings' on your phone and select the 'Notifications' tab
- Scroll down until you find the FREENOW app and select it
- Make sure the 'Allow notifications' toggle is turned on
