- The payment method you have chosen is invalid - for example, the card details are incorrect, you do not have enough money in your account, or the card has expired.
- Due to high demand, vehicles may not be available. This is very unlikely, but if it does happen, the app will notify you that no cars are available. In this case, we recommend waiting a few minutes before trying to order again.
- You may need to update your app through the App Store (iOS) or the Play Store (Android) to ensure you have the latest version.
