How do I select a payment method for my booking?

You can change your payment method before ordering a ride. To avoid misunderstandings, you should always check if it is the correct one.

Follow these steps:

1. After entering the pick-up and drop-off locations, you will see your pre-set payment method under the service options
2. Click on it to select the desired payment method. You can also choose between your personal or business account
3. Return to the previous screen and confirm your order

You can use the following payment methods:

• Cash payment - Always ask the taxi driver for your receipt!
• Credit/Debit card (VISA/MasterCard/American Express)
• PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay

Important:

1. We do not accept Girocard
2. External/cash payments are not compatible with vouchers or discounts.
