If you want to delete your account, simply use the available option in your app (the latest version 11.43). We will confirm the request once it has been processed.
Android
If you want to delete your account, please submit a request to our customer service. Please make sure to contact us from the email address associated with the FREENOW account you want to delete. Otherwise, for data protection reasons, we cannot delete your account.
Important: Before deleting your FREENOW employee account, you must first cancel your job ticket subscription (instructions here).Please note that after deleting your account, you will no longer have access to the purchased job ticket. If you wish to create a new account in the future, you will need to purchase a new job ticket.
