If you are experiencing issues purchasing your ticket, it could be due to various reasons:
- You have a poor connection > Make sure you have a good signal. Then close the app and try again.
- You do not have a payment method set up in your app > Register a valid credit/debit card or PayPal in your account
- Payment for a previous ride has failed > Exit the ticket purchase process and complete the payment for that ride
