What is Freenow PLUS?
Freenow PLUS is a subscription with exclusive discounts available for 1 month, renewing each month automatically.
How much does it cost?
The first month is free of charge!
The Freenow PLUS subscription grants you a discount on all our services, helping you save on taxi rides, ride-hailing, eScooters, eMopeds, eBikes, and Carsharing.

Please note that Freenow PLUS cannot be combined with other vouchers or discounts. The discount applies only to rides paid through the app and is not valid for cash payments. It is also exclusive to the country of purchase and cannot be used internationally.
How to activate the subscription
Here's how to get your subscription:
- Open your app and navigate to your profile in the upper right corner
- Select 'Freenow PLUS'
- Follow the steps to start the monthly subscription and start enjoying it!
How to cancel the subscription
Here's how to cancel your subscription:
- Open the app and go to your profile in the top right corner.
- Select 'Freenow PLUS'.
- Scroll down and tap 'Cancel subscription'. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to confirm the cancellation and displaying details about when your subscription will be deactivated.
If you're unable to cancel your subscription through the app, please contact us via chat.
To chat with us, go to our 'Help' section in the app and open a new conversation. If you need help with a ride, make sure to select the relevant booking.
